The West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling is pleased to announce the rollout of an electronic application system. Beginning Monday, October 16, 2023, all prospective applications
will be submitted electronically. Until then, the submission of all paper-based applications has been temporarily suspended to complete the data migration process.
