The 2021 renewal process is now open. Please submit the two page renewal application, the CE Recording Form and renewal fee ($145) via MAIL to the Board before June 30, 2021. CEU requirments are due this renewal cycle. You must have completed 35 CEU hours; three (3) hours must be in Ethics and two (2) hours must be specific to veterans and family members of veterans.
Please DO NOT submit your CEU course materials with the renewal application. The Board will conduct a random audit for CEU compliance. If you are selected, you will be notified and asked to provide all CEU documentation.
Due to the pandemic, the Board has made changes in the way that you can earn CEUs. To satisfy the in-person or formal hours, WVBEC is allowing you to gather all CEUs virtually. The conference or course offerings should be interactive and allow you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in dialogue with the presenter and other participants. When searching for or choosing CEU courses, remember all NBCC or ACA are automatically approved and accepted by the Board.
