Verification of licensure
You must forward the email of payment confirmation to: Amber Shawver email@example.com and include in your email what you are requesting.
Please note, by making a credit card payment you are NOT placing an order for the item. This method of payment does NOT function as a 'shopping cart'. WVBEC staff requires confirmation of your online payment, therefore, after you have made your online payment,
YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
1)Provide your email address as part of the credit card transaction. You will then receive an email of payment confirmation. Forward this email/receipt of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org(e.g. License verification requests.)
2)When submitting applications/materials to the board that require mailing your paperwork, please print your receiptof online paymentand include it with your mailing to the board. (e.g. Initial Application for Licensure, License Renewal Applications, etc.) In these cases, please do not email the receipt.
Please note, WV Treasury Office charges a small convenience fee for your online payment. The fee is stated before you make the charge.
