The WV Treasury Office charges a small convenience fee for your online payment. The fee amount is stated before you make the charge.
By making a credit card payment you are NOT placing an order for the item. This method of payment does NOT function as a 'shopping cart'. WVBEC staff requires confirmation of your online payment, therefore, please follow the directions provided below:

IMPORTANT: Your request cannot be processed without a copy of your receipt for the credit card payment. Please include your email address when prompted and you will receive an email of payment confirmation from the WV Treasury Dept. Please forward this email, to include your receipt, to Amber Shawver at email@example.com. To request verification of licensure, iInclude in your email the Full Name, License Number, and Last 4 digits of SS# of the licensee.
All other payees (Applicants, Licensees, & Providers of Contininuing Education)
IMPORTANT: The WV Treasury Dept. will email you a receipt for your credit card payment. You must include your email address when prompted in order to receive this receipt. Sometimes, the email may end up in your Spam/Junk folder. Once received, please print your receipt and include it with your mailing of your documents to the WVBEC.
