§27-1-11. Code of Ethics.
11.1. The Board adopts the American Counseling Association’s Code of Ethics as part of this rule and all provisions of the Code of Ethics have the effect as if it were a specifically promulgated rule of the Board.
11.2. The Board may take disciplinary action against a licensee who fails to comply with the Code of Ethics cited in subsection 10.1. of this rule.
